Gochujang BBQ Grilling Sauce

Welcome to the subculture that is Korean BBQ. Gochugaru chili flakes and apple juice give this Korean inspired sauce a next-level depth of flavour. Ideally suited for steak, short ribs and chicken thighs.

INGREDIENTS: Water • Rice wine vinegar • Sugars (brown sugar, sugar, apple juice concentrate) • Tomato Paste • Soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, alcohol, vinegar, lactic acid) • Onion • Gochukaru red pepper powder • Sea salt • Sesame oil • Garlic puree (garlic, citric acid) • Ginger • Canola oil • Spices
